WOOD VENEER FLOORING

OUTDOOR WOOD FLOORS (DECKING)

Cork is obtained from the bark of cork oak and is a natural material. For flooring it is used as a underlayer for floating installation or as a floor covering in the form of floor panels. Installation is by gluing or floating.

Linoleum is made mostly from natural materials and is therefore often incorporated into ecological buildings. Linoleum consists of hardened linseed oil (linoxyn), ground cork, wood flour, pine resin, mineral fillers and additives that are applied to the surface of jute or canvas.

Rubber floorings are made from natural or synthetic rubber with additives, but also from recycled rubber. They are used in heavily used areas requiring high wear resistance, quiet walking and resistance to slipping.
